What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are often described as an energetic record of the soul’s journey. Patterns, experiences, and themes that shape your current life.

In session, I open your Records with intention and access the information your soul is ready to bring forward now. This work focuses on clarity, direction, reconnection with true desire, and reconnection with your soul's journey.

What can I expect during a session?

Each session begins with opening your Records and allowing the initial guidance to come through.

From there, we move into your prepared questions. The session is conversational. You are welcome to ask for clarification at any time.

The information often addresses the root of a pattern. This can help you feel more confident in your decision making, to help manifest your desired reality. Some insights feel immediately relieving. Others integrate over time.

Sessions are grounded, steady, direct, and focused on understanding. 

 

Will you predict my future?

Not exactly.

The Akashic Records do not function as a direct prediction tool. Instead, they illuminate the patterns and internal dynamics influencing your current path. At times, based on choices you have made prior to and during the session, your guides may show a future possibility that is more likely to happen. Typically within 6 months to a year.

Clarity creates choice. Choice shapes future outcomes.

 

What kinds of questions can I ask?

You may ask about:

• Relationship dynamics

• Repeating emotional patterns

• Life transitions

• Career or purpose confusion

• Spiritual growth

• Anything you need clarity on
   

Questions focused on understanding and alignment tend to offer more information and clarity.

The Records are less responsive to questions seeking exact timelines, specific outcomes, or validation of fixed expectations.

 

What if I don’t feel an immediate “aha” moment?

Not all clarity feels dramatic.

Sometimes insight feels subtle or even slightly unsettling at first. It may continue unfolding in the days or weeks following your session.

The goal of this work is sustainable understanding instead of temporary emotional elevation.

 

Do you offer follow-up support?

Each session is complete within its container. You are welcome to book additional sessions if you feel called.

I encourage clients to allow time for integration before immediately seeking another reading. However, I also offer monthly integrations with my monthly memberships.

 

 

What if I feel disappointed after my session?

Disappointment often arises when expectations and soul-level guidance don’t initially align.

The Records prioritize what is ready to shift, not always what the conscious mind hoped to hear.

If something feels unclear, I recommend sitting with the insight for several days. Many clients report deeper understanding emerging with time.

 

How should I prepare for my session?

It is best to prepare clear questions in advance.

It can be helpful to:

• Reflect on repeating themes in your life

• Notice emotional triggers that feel disproportionate

• Identify where you feel stuck or uncertain
   

Arrive rested and open, but not pressured to “do it right.” If you cannot think of specific questions, themes/topics or situations will be perfectly fine to start from. 

 

Are these sessions recorded?

Sessions can be recorded at your request. It will be shared with you afterward through email to either download to your computer or on YouTube to view, so you can revisit the guidance.

I also encourage you to take notes during the session if desired. You may want to record any insight you recieve or impressions you get through the session.

 

Who is this work not for?

This work may not feel aligned if you are:

• Seeking strict prediction or certainty (as the Records cannot predict anything specifically)

• Looking for someone to make decisions for you (Spirit will never make decisions for you as free will is an ultimate law)

• Wanting reassurance more than clarity (Spirit will not encourage situations or support decisions you make that are not in alignment with your truth)
   

The Akashic Records are best suited for those ready to understand themselves more deeply and take responsibility for integration.
