Guess what?
Â
🤍The Soul Letter is officially here! 🤍
Â
If you’re receiving this, it’s because you’re already part of my email community and I am so excited to finally launch this new weekly tradition with you.
Â
I wanted to build a quiet sanctuary away from noisy social media algorithms. A space where we can slow down, step out of overthinking, and reconnect with our internal guidance.
Â
Every week, this newsletter will be your grounded, cozy reset. You can expect spiritual insights, journal prompts, and intuitive card pulls delivered straight to your inbox.
Â
So for our very first official letter, I wanted to lay my cards on the table, get vulnerable, and tell you why I’m doing this, and what has changed in my life...
🕊️ A Quick Confession About A Course in Miracles
If you’ve ever opened A Course in Miracles (ACIM), you might have noticed it can feel a little heavy, formal, or even intimidating. For a long time, that kept me at arm's length.
Â
So let me be super clear: I am not an ACIM expert, guru, or master teacher. I am right here in the thick of it as a student, learning to apply its principles to my actual, messy, everyday life. I decided to finally go forward with it when the fear thoughts were becoming uncontrollable and I couldn't find another way to be in control of my mind. And not for a lack of trying over the years! That's why my own teachings have always been so similar. I was, in a sense, spiritually beating around the bush!
Â
At its core, ACIM isn't about complex theology. It isn't a religion by any means. It defines a miracle very simply: a shift in perception from fear to love. Or as I like to refer to it; from Ego Mind to Higher Mind.Â
Â
That’s it. It’s the decision to stop letting the ego run the show and to start trusting that quieter, calmer voice inside you; your internal guidance system. I’m just here sharing what I’m practicing in real-time, in plain English, with a lot of grace along the way. And as always, I simply wish to share with everyone the transformative teachings that have changed my life.Â
Â
🕯️Where in your life right now is fear running the show, and what would it look like to make one small shift toward trust today?
✨ Your Weekly Soul Reflection: Grief
Grief rarely moves in a straight line, often catching us unprepared as it transforms from a physical tightness in the chest to the quiet guilt of finding lightness in a normal day. Moving on isn't about forgetting, but about learning how to carry the memory without letting it crush you. Over time, that sharp, jagged feeling smooths out; the weight remains, but the edges no longer cut as deep. Ultimately, missing someone so fiercely is simply love with nowhere left to go and carrying that love, heavy as it may be, becomes a privilege.
Â
As I write this to you, I’m also walking through a season of deep personal loss. My father passed away a few weeks ago after a year long battle with a reoccurrence of his cancer. I sit each day with both the heavy sadness of his absence and the relief that his suffering has ended. I find myself feeing jealous at times of the pure peace and love of Source/God that he knows now. Then, ultimately, I feel guilt for feeling those things. Grief is complex and there is no right or wrong way to do it.
Â
If you are experiencing grief of a loved one, a relationship, a career, a way of being, a lifestyle; heal how you must, but heal. Do not let yourself be taken in by the ego lies that stuffing it down, having a tough exterior, or pushing through is going to save you. The only way past grief is through, at the pace and time only you can do.
Â
🕯️If you are carrying a memory that feels heavy today, what is one way you can make space for both the sadness and the moments of light?
đź”® Weekly Card Reflection
This Week’s Cards: (Pictured below)
Page of Cups & Waxing Crescent Moon (Have Faith in Your Dreams)
Â
If you’ve felt a subtle, almost quiet shift in the air lately, you aren’t imagining it. There is a delicate wave of hope beginning to stir globally. After periods of heavy energy, even a small flicker of light can feel unfamiliar. Because of that, it’s completely natural if you find yourself meeting this shift with a bit of hesitation or self-doubt.
Â
That’s where our cards for the week step in with a gentle reassurance.
The Page of Cups comes forward as the open-hearted dreamer. This card brings an invitation to approach your inner world with childlike wonder, curiosity, and emotional freedom. This is also my "Spiritual Surprise" card. Meaning Spirit is delivering something you didn't expect. Paired with the Waxing Crescent Moon, the message becomes clear: Have faith in your dreams.
Â
This week is about permitting yourself to let your vision feel like a genuine possibility. Whatever it is you want to create, step into, or build for yourself—a more aligned life, a new project, a sense of peace, t is not a joke. It isn't silly, naive, or out of reach.
Â
The Waxing Crescent phase is a moment of early growth. It asks you to nourish the seed just as it breaks through the soil, even before the full blossom is visible.
Â
Your Focus for the Week:
Validate your desires: Stop discounting your goals as "pipe dreams." Treat your vision with respect.
Lower your guard: Notice where mistrust or cynicism might be trying to protect you from disappointment, and gently step past it.
Take one small action: Give your dream room to breathe in the real world, whether that’s writing down a fresh idea, reaching out to a connection, or simply honoring your intuition.
Trust the slight shift. Soften into the hope, give your creative spirit permission to play, and take your dreams seriously this week.
